PROOFS and DRAFTS
We will send proof/draft upon request for custom request items only. This is not for toppers with custom names or ages, and does not apply for announcements or milestones. All others; once you have approved the proofs/drafts and it has been sent to productions, no more changes will be allowed. No exceptions! For proofs/drafts. We will only provide one proof with the option of 2 revisions. Any additional revisions after the 2nd one will be subject to an additional fee.
CUSTOMER CARE
Please note that all the materials we use are made from wood, acrylic or metal. This means that our items are fragile and need be handled properly and carefully. These are note made for kids to play with. They will break/bend without proper care and we are not liable for breakage. For any acrylic items such as drink stirrers, will need to be cleaned with water before use. For laser cut wall signs, we recommend that you use command tape to place on the back and then attach it to the wall.
PRIVACY
By purchasing from our site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. Email addresses provided on our site will be used in the event of order issues and clarifications. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. PrettyLittleLaser reserves the right to share and advertise using our product photography and tag consumers on social media. We never share your information with a third party for advertising statistics or survey purposes. Any changes in this policy will be sent out via email. USPS SHIPMENTS - RETURNS - RESHIPS
Please make sure that you check the address to ensure it is the correct address, we ship to the exact shipping address provided. We are not responsible for USPS deliveries; how the deliver, when they deliver, returns due to whatever reason. YOU are responsible for any reship cost if item is returned to us. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING TIMES - LEAD TIMES
All items take 2 weeks to ship, we do not guarantee any dates, even with expedited shipping, we unfortunately have no control over it. Once shipped, it is up to USPS to deliver it. All items ship with tracking. Please note that the item ships the same day the label is created, whether USPS scans it right away is a different story, but please be patient, we have very low cases of items being lost or severely delayed. Shipping is twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
If you would like to request a rush order, PLEASE email us and we can create a custom listing for you . This will bump your order up to the top of our queue. Please note, EXPEDITED orders payments are for us to put priority over your order, it ensures that we process within 2-3 business days, and that your item will ship priority mail versus first class mail. This does not guarantee dates of arrivall.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns for refund or exchanges due to the nature of the items. These are custom products that are custom made as ordered.
CANCELLATIONS
We do accommodate for cancellations as long as your order has not been produced. There are no refunds or exchanges for cancelling your order after the item has been produced. However, if you’d like, you can always contact us if you have trouble deciding on your order and we’ll help you out as best we can!
